How To Create And Send You Artwork
Barrier covers, heras fence covers and printed banners come in various shapes and sizes and as such it can be difficult to determine the best way to send us your print ready artwork. Here we take a look at the best ways to decipher how you can send us your artwork to ensure there are no delays in production.
Let Us Create Your Artwork For You
Our in house design team offer a free artwork service for simple yet effective designs. For the majority of our customers, this consists of a company logo on coloured backgrounds with additional text such as contact numbers, email and website addresses and any general information.
Once our team have understood your requirements, you will be sent a proof for approval and we will not print anything until you are happy with the design.
Any company logos or images sent to us needs to be a high resolution file to enable the best print quality. Our team will always advise if logos, images or artwork sent to us are not good enough for high definition print quality and will support you in finding alternative solutions.
If you require more advanced artwork than described above, then please speak to one of our team who can discuss what we can do for you and any potential costs involved.
Creating Your Own Artwork
To ensure the highest quality printing we require all artwork to follow the guidelines set out below:
- all artwork must be received with at least 300dpi
- artwork can be accepted in EPS, PDF, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw documents, other files may be acceptable
- please create all artwork in CMYK
- there is no need to include any bleed or crop marks

2.3m Barriers - Please create all artwork at 2200mm x 900mm
2.5m Barriers - Please create all artwork at 2400mm x 900mm
Heras Fence Cover Artwork
PVC Fence Covers, Fabric Airmesh Fence Covers and Knitted Polyester Fence Covers
For temporary fence panel covers, our standard size is 3375mm x 1780mm for all artwork. This will ensure that your covers fit perfectly to the frame of a standard heras fence panel (3.5m x 2m)
However, we also understand that temporary fence panels are manufactured to a variety of sizes, so as long as you let us know your fence sizes, we can adjust our measurements to ensure that your covers fit your fence panels.
Approving your design
We will send you a full colour proof once order is confirmed, giving you the opportunity to review the design as well as the ability to see the style of cover you have chosen. If adjustments need to be made, then you simply liaise with our design team who will make the necessary amendments until you are ready to go to print.
